Very early into my career, I was told three distinct things about my personality and the way I work: 1. You tend to rattle the cage. 2. You have a comfort with uncertainty. 3. Always find a way to make the room laugh. :)

Those are the pillars of who I am as a person. Lucky for me, I get to bring my personality to my work.

Rattle the cage - never accept the status quo. Deviate, disrupt, diverge.

Comfort with uncertainty - curiosity unlocks creativity. Try, try, try, and try again. Learn and adapt.

Laugh - people like to work with people they like. We’re merely little blobs of bones in this vast universe, so always have fun with it.
 

Currently I’m focusing on helping small businesses thrive on TikTok, while launching my own small business on the side. Small is the new big.
